For these moulds --- hard to design and manufacture, usually are handed to JS. Anything unclear, they will actively communicate with us at the first time. It’s good; I quite agree. These are too bad to treat unclear information in such ways in design -- pretended to know, taken things for granted or paid not enough attention. These actions would bring in tremendous troubles to following work.”）

We have factories or offices all over the world. Few month ago, Our colleague in Germany office informed us that JS3618 (one of series of BWM) should be shorten by 8days for the T1 samples. Schedule for Testing the mould was fixed, we could only relied on mould manufacturer to shorten the lead time. We discussed it with JS, and expressed that we would pay a fee as compensation. General Manager, Mr. Deng readily agreed with our request, but declined to any kind of compensation. JS is really this kind of suppliers-who cares customers needs!”)      

  “我們是做的電子類產品，生產周期通常比較短。作為采購最頭疼就是天天電話催著供應商要模具。催急了又怕質量沒保證，不催又怕不能準時交模具，到時被生產部門投訴。佳勝模具卻讓我很省心，他們不用我去催，會定時的發(fā)送模具進度表給我們，有問題也會提前和我們溝通。他們的模具品質好，每次試模都能給客戶交出合格的樣品，需要返修的比較少。如果其他供應商都這樣，那我就輕松了。”( “We manufacture electronic products; it means usually our production period is quite short.  The most troublesome for procurement is to follow up the tooling status everyday by lots of phones. If reminder too frequency, we would worry about the quality; if no reminder, we’re afraid of delay delivery thus to be complained by our production department. The situation is quite different with JS. No frequent follow-up, no worries about the delivery, they will send us the tooling schedule every week. Any problems, they will communicate with us in advance. It’s quality is excellent, we can offer good samples to customers during first mould testing, and their moulds are seldom repaired. If all the suppliers are like JS,  then we will be much relax.”)
